We respect client confidentiality and we do not pass on any information without the consent of our clients. (Unless required to do so by law).

Any data held on behalf of clients, remains their property throughout the agreed term of the contract / letter of agreement, and will be returned to them, or deleted, in accordance with their written instructions.

All data is backed up and ‘security protected’.

Three Sectors Consultancy and Training Limited™ does not buy or sell lists containing personal data, neither do we knowingly generate or send spam email messages.

We do not process or accept credit or debit card payments or related data / information over the internet. (See our Terms & Conditions for methods of payment).

We do not use our website to collect personal data, neither do we use cookies for that purpose.

We are not responsible for, or accountable, in respect of the contents of third party websites accessed through links from our website.

For the protection of both our company employees and our clients, all electronic mail is monitored and subject to vigorous virus checks. It remains the responsibility of recipients to ensure that they have their own anti-virus system in place.

For both training and security purposes, telephone calls may be monitored and recorded.
