Our aim is to provide cost effective consultancy and training solutions. In order to do this we need the full co-operation of our clients in ensuring that our terms and conditions are adhered to.
Contracts or Letters of Agreement are issued in respect of all consultancy and training assignments.
We respect client confidentiality and are registered with the Office of Information as holders and processors of data, in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
We adhere to the Professional Codes of Conduct of the Institute of Fundraising, Institute of Development Professionals in Education and the Association of Consultants and Trainers.
Unless otherwise agreed, clients will be issued with a Pro Forma Invoice. (Payment in full is due before any training or consultancy work is carried out).
We reserve our legal right to charge interest on all outstanding debts that are not settled with the given time. See ‘Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.’
Interest is charged at the Bank of England base rate plus eight percent.
Please note: We are not VAT registered, therefore VAT is not charged by our company.
In order to avoid the increased costs outlined above, companies or organisations that are unable to comply with our payment terms, should declare such when attempting to book consultancy or training.
Payment may be made by cheque (allow 5 working days to clear), or by BAC’s. We cannot accept Credit or Debit Card payments.
